Payment:

Payment must be made in euros €. Payment is due within 30 days of receipt of the invoice.
Shipping and handling charges will be added to the invoice.
Micropoli di Rovere Enrico reserves the right to request payment in advance.
Payment may be made by direct transfer, all charges paid, to our bank in Italy. Details of payment are available and are supplied with sales invoice.

Conditions of supply:

The product is for in vitro research only. Goods are sold , and service, information and advice rendered on the understanding that the customer is solely responsible for determining the suitability of the product for the purpose which they intend to use it. The sole and exclusive remedy of the customer is limited to the replacement of the product or the invoice price of the product. The entire risk at to the performance of the product is assumed by the buyer. Micropoli di Rovere Enrico shall not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages of any kind resulting from the use of the product.

By accepting the shipment of PPM, you agree to use PPM for the following purposes only:

a) to determine PPM’s value for pesticides purposes (i.e. it efficacy in controlling, reducing, eliminating and preventing microbial contamination in plant cell tissue culture, and/or,
b) to establish that no levels of PPM would be detectable in the edible portions of any plant, fruit, vegetable or food crops that have been involved in or effected by your PPM test.
c) In addition you agree that you will destroy any food or feed crops involved in your PPM tests (including, but not limited to crops subsequently grown which may reasonably be expected to contain residues of PPM), or shall only allow such food or feed crops to consumed by experimental animals.

Returns, Replacements and Cancellations

Breakages in transit or storage of delivered PPM must notified to Micropoli di Rovere Enrico within 48 hours of receipt of goods. No goods are to be returned nor can orders be cancelled without prior agreement.
